Features

Three modules, one workplace

Projects with boards and lists, statuses that hand work to QA, time in each status, reports. GitLab and GitHub merge requests and pipelines on the card, import from YouTrack with history.

AI

AI that stays under control

AI writes the gist of mail, sorts it, drafts tasks and answers from the knowledge base. The company decides where it works.

Off for a mailboxA mailbox’s mail does not go to AI if its owner says so.
Agents in the logClaude, ChatGPT and Cursor work through MCP with a person’s rights, and their actions are signed.
Rights to connectPeople pick the rights and mailboxes an app gets and can disconnect it at any time.
The organization’s budgetOne monthly AI limit, visible to everyone in the sidebar.

Questions

Didn’t find the answer? Write to us.

Where is our data kept?

In Helsinki, in the EU. Each company has its own database and its own file storage.

Can we run it ourselves?

On request: write to us and we will discuss an install inside your company’s network.

How do people sign in?

Through your OpenID Connect provider (authentik, Keycloak, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, Okta and others), with passkeys, or both — as the admin decides. A lost passkey is reset by a one-time link from an admin.

How do we move from YouTrack?

The import brings tasks with their history, comments and fields, knowledge-base articles and people; statuses and fields are mapped before it runs.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is individual: it depends on the number of people and modules. Write to us and we will send an offer.
